Know what is moving, and what is just sitting there

The same counter from the back office side. Bottle POS grades every item on the last 30 days of sales and works out what to order.

  1. Days of supply per item, against the reorder point you set. Three days of cover reads as nearly out, not as a full shelf.

  2. Every item graded A to D on 30 days of sales. D is the cash on your shelf that has not moved.

  3. Say how many days of product you want on the shelf. It works out the order item by item.

Your invoices do the data entry

Scan a paper invoice or upload the PDF. Bottle POS reads it, builds the purchase order, and gets the new prices onto your shelves.

  1. Paper or PDF, Bottle POS reads every line on the distributor’s invoice.

Every ID checked, every time

A 21+ item brings up the age check with today’s cutoff date. Scan the license and the birth date fills in, and the check is saved with the sale.

  1. Scan a 21+ bottle and the register asks for the birth date, with today’s cutoff on screen.

  2. The ID scanner reads the barcode on the back of the license and fills in the birth date.

  3. Bottle POS saves whether an ID was checked on each transaction, for your compliance records.
