At the register. When the customer’s phone number is added to a sale, your cashier can see their points balance and apply available rewards to the transaction. Customers see their progress toward the next reward at checkout, which keeps the program top of mind.

Do I need to buy any extra hardware to run the loyalty program?

No. The loyalty program runs on the same Bottle POS register hardware you already use. If you decide to offer physical loyalty cards down the line, you can order those through a third party — but they’re optional.

What happens to a customer’s points if they shop at a different one of my locations?

Customer accounts and reward points sync across the stores you run on Bottle POS. A regular at one location pulls up the same points balance and history at another, so the rewards stay consistent across your business.

Can customers use a physical loyalty card if they want to?
